  • Who is Presidio Home Care?
    We are a premium provider of non-medical in-home care services. Our wonderful team of Home Care Aides assists our senior clients with activities of daily living. We also provide specialized services, such as Dementia & Alzheimer’s care.
  • What does a Presidio Home Care Aide do?
    Our team members provide quality non-medical supportive services to seniors. Each individual’s needs are different, but your responsibilities will generally involve meal preparation, calendar management, light housekeeping, transportation, and assisting with facilitating communications.
  • What is our company culture like?

We know that our Home Care Aides are the cornerstone of our company, so just as you care for our clients, we care for our people. Our team is your cheerleader, your advocate, and your support system.
  • What is compensation like?
    In order to provide the highest quality care, we strive to attract a dedicated, compassionate team. We know how much compensation plays into this, and that is why our pay rates are so competitive. Pay starts at $16 per hour, depending on experience, and overtime pay and holiday pay start at $23.50 per hour.
  • What type of training do I need to become a Home Care Aide?
    Our Home Care Aides must have earned the equivalent of a Certified Nursing Assistant Certification, or higher. Your credentials do not need to be current. We welcome nursing students.
  • How will I be paired with clients?
    Our expert team will evaluate both your skill set and the individual needs of each client before making a match.
  • Can I refer a friend to this role?
    We appreciate your referrals! If someone you refer to us is hired, you will receive a bonus as a sign of our gratitude.
  • Do I receive paid sick days?
    Yes! You may accrue up to three paid sick days per year.
  • What COVID-19 precautions do you have in place?
    We provide a paid COVID-19 Training Program to our Home Care Aides, as well as a monthly reimbursement stipend for PPE. We have in-home protocols on cleaning and disinfecting, handling laundry, social distancing, and managing essential supplies in place, to protect both our team members and our clients.
