Team Member Recipe: Low FODMAP Yogurt Parfait

Our team members love making healthy, delicious breakfasts to kick off the day in the right way! With warmer weather coming our way, consider incorporating energizing yogurt parfaits into your meal plans. Yogurt is high in protein and exists in lactose-free forms while most berries can be enjoyed in moderation.

Our recipe is perfect for individuals living with IBS.

  • ½ cup rolled oats

  • 2 cups plain, lactose-free yogurt

  • ¼ cup blueberries

  • 2 Tbsp redcurrants

  • 2 sprigs of mint


  1. Prepare two mason jars.

  2. Place ¼ cup of rolled oats into each jar.

  3. Add 1 cup of plain, lactose-free yogurt into each jar.

  4. Arrange cup of blueberries and 1 tablespoon of redcurrants on top of each.

  5. Garnish each jar with one sprig of mint, and serve.
