Team Member Recipe: Low FODMAP Yogurt Parfait

With warmer weather coming our way, consider incorporating energizing yogurt parfaits into your meal plans. Yogurt is high in protein and exists in lactose-free forms while most berries can be enjoyed in moderation.


Our recipe is perfect for individuals living with IBS.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup rolled oats

  • 2 cups plain, lactose-free yogurt

  • ¼ cup blueberries

  • 2 Tbsp redcurrants

  • 2 sprigs of mint

Directions:

  1. Prepare two mason jars.

  2. Place ¼ cup of rolled oats into each jar.

  3. Add 1 cup of plain, lactose-free yogurt into each jar.

  4. Arrange cup of blueberries and 1 tablespoon of redcurrants on top of each.

  5. Garnish each jar with one sprig of mint, and serve.
